I had been considering a wheelchair van for months. I found one online at Mobility Lift Aids. I called and spoke with Johnathan I believe it was ad the next day Calvin was at my house to show the van. That first van wasn't the one for me. Calvin and I stayed in touch and shared several calls and texts, yet I still wasn't ready to commit. Suddenly it is April and I find myself in the ICU. I'm dehydrated, my kidneys are shutting down, and I'm on dialysis. The doctor's wanted me to go to a nursing home that provided dialysis, but that wasn't for me. I made a deal with the doctor to buy a van so I could get myself back and forth to dialysis. I went right to Mobility Lift Aids and there it was. There wad a gorgeous , low mileage, used van. I called Calvin and filled him in on my condition and circumstance. He was going to deliver the van to my house, but I found that I couldn't get myself into my girlfriend's car. I called Calvin back, told him what was up and he agreed to come by the hospital to pick me up and bring me home. I am here to tell that you will be hard pressed to find a Company that show this kind of compassion, kindness, and the genuine desire to help. Thank you Calvin and Johnathan. It's been just over a week since my hubby, Bruce, took delivery of his Braunabililty Dodge Grand Caravan. What a difference that van hasmade in his life. He no longer needs to rely on someone to get him places. He loads up and goes. A bit of back history, we, he & I were returning from a day trip to Huntsville. I knew that there was a mobility store near beltway 8 & 290. So we made a stop. Your employees listened to what we THOUGHT we wanted/needed, then explained how those ideas would not work. They showed us their inventory, new & used, let hubby try out power chairs for loading, etc. This was not the first place we had shopped for a vehicle, most if not all just went along with what we said, and didn't say if it was good or bad idea. Because of their knowledge and expertise Bruce was able to get the vehicle that works best for him and his needs. Mobility Lift Aids, LLC handled all the paperwork, did the modifications needed/requested, installed personal items, etc. I can not express my gratitude enough for everything they did above and beyond what was required. I am own one of the biggest family owned car dealerships in the country and could have done business with anyone based on the relationship's i have built over the last 42 years, and with that being said i chose to do business with this organization and i was extremely impressed from the very beginning to the very end of our transaction. After I unsuccessfully attempted to purchase and install a interior wheelchair lift for my van, I was told (after paying up front!) week afer week that the ‘manufacturer is having trouble obtaining parts’ for the lift I bought. After 6 weeks I canceled the order for a refund from SpinLife. I contacted Mobility Lift Aids of Houston. After talking with Ken he assured me that they can have the lift installed and delivered in 3 working days!! AND they offered me a mobility van with an automatic ramp so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle. Nicole from Lift Aids delivered my replacement van and explained the total operation of the van and lift. And she drove my van to their shop. On Tuesday, 2 work days later, Alex was pulling my van in my driveway!!! Not even 2 full work days!! Amazing!! I couldn’t get the other company to call me back in 2 days!! This is a first class operation with top notch employees making it a pleasure to do business with!! Quality, Service and Integrity!!
